From a vegetarian (not pescatarian, folks) perspective, Ramen & Sushi Burrito has me biting my lip and closing my eyes, taking me away to paradise.

Now that I've made two pop references to masturbation,  I can go on to say that I had a solo lunch at Ramen & Sushi Burrito that really left me satisfied.
The Veg Sushi Burrito was delicious. A "burrito" which included sushi rice, seaweed salad, yellow radish, lettuce, avocado, mushroom, pickled ginger, onion, cucumber, edamame, and mango sauce all wrapped in a sheet of Nori. I made the mistake of unwrapping the first half, which left most of it falling out, but I handled the second half like a true ninja. It's messy, you take a bite and hope no one is watching you as you go about your business.

Service was fast and friendly, even at a busy lunch hour.
Beer was under $3, that was enough to take it to 5 stars for me.

Will definitely be a regular here, whenever I'm in the mood to play with my food.

I haven't been in the yelp reviews lately but after my third visit here in a month I thought I should drop one.

I found this place via a foodie friend who's all about trying every new spot. We arrived and I immediately enjoyed the small location vibe. Love the area lots of good food options now right around here.

All three of my visits I've ordered the same appetizer. I love seaweed salad and it's the only thing they offer proportionately sized for one. Appetizers are normally shared among groups so I can respect the menu.

My first visit I got the O.M.G Sushi Burrito. While my friend got the Tonkotsu Ramen Spicy. The OMG Burrito was delicious, I ate it with the eel sauce and it seemed to be the perfect compliment for my taste buds.

My second visit I had to go back to try the Tonkotsu Ramen for myself. It was delicious and had just the right amount of kick. Don't be put off by the word spicy because it's not spicy at all. Very flavorful.

Today I went back for a third time. My friend said they'd never had Ramen and I wanted to give them an opportunity to try it out. My friend got the Seafood Tonkotsu Spicy. They described the heat as not being more than adding pepper to a dish. The shrimp and scallops inside were cooked to perfection and tasted delicious. While I for the second time got a Sushi Burrito. I got The French KISS. It was delicious as well. I also accompanied it with the eel sauce. It's my favorite.

Now for a short critique on the service. My first two visits the food was incredible I wanted to come back more for the food. I received horrible service on my first two visits by the same waitress. My water was never filled after being drank along immediately after the appetizer.

My second visit similar situation ordered appetizer and meal and received both along with my water together. I never once seen my server again and after over 5 minutes of sitting after food was finished I asked someone else to bring my check. I was almost furious enough to not re visit.

Today on my third visit I'm happy to report I told my server of past short comings and she was gladly serving me beyond my expectations. Her name is Nicole she did a killer job. I think they can improve by helping one another keep a watchful eye over customers. Will be back.

I loved the menu and the interior was so different and nice-exposes bricks, the bathrooms were probably the nicest I've seen in a restaurant, and the location was fantastic. The menu was so intriguing to me and I had a hard time choosing.
I ended up choosing a tonkatsu pork and the rock n roll as an appetizer plus (hot) green tea. I always judge places by their green tea and this one was in a bag plus ordering a refill meant another $2.50 which I found disappointing.
The ramen was pretty mediocre. There wasn't really anything special about the broth and I would've like more vegetables and meat but it was mostly noodles. The seasoned egg was good but pre-made because it was still cold and the yolk was solid.
The rock n roll wasn't anything special. I would've liked more sauce on it.

I really struggled with ordering so the following day I went again for lunch and this time got a the firecracker sushi burrito and gyoza as an appetizer. The gyoza were fried, not steamed, and I thought the dipping sauce was too thick. I think it was yum-yum sauce, which tasted fine but I usually see a different kind of sauce with gyoza and also thinner.

The sushi burrito was pretty good. It's not quite a long sushi roll, it's definitely burrito-wide and long and the downside to that is that it's hard to get a bite of everything in one mouthful like you can with sushi. The result was one bite was mostly cream cheese and one bite was mostly tuna. I also thought the spicy tuna lacked any of the "spicy" flavor.

The service was excellent both times though and I lacked for nothing. They were great on checking on me frequently but not too frequently.

We were craving ramen but didn't feel like driving downtown so opted for somewhere a bit closer. This restaurant is located in downtown Gainesville and also doesn't have a private parking lot, so be prepared to park on the street.

The restaurant is a decent size and also clean. We were seated right away. The menu had really great options and also offered combo options. I ordered the spicy tonkotsu ramen and gyoza (combo) while my husband ordered the tonkotsu kamikaze. The food arrived very quickly and our server was great! Unfortunately, we just weren't very fond of the ramen. The flavor was alright, but nothing exceptional.

Overall, if you're in the area it may be worth a try. They do offer other options besides ramen, which may be a bit more satisfying. We most likely won't be back, but the service was prompt and friendly!

Top favorite spots to eat! Everyone here is so nice and very helpful when asking for recommendations on the menu. My go-to's will forever be the chicken sushi burrito, tonkatsu chicken, and the fried pork gyozi. I am all about restaurants and their interior design and can tell that a lot of thought was put into putting this place together. I can't forget to mention their taro milk, definitely one of the best I've had so full of flavor and not watered down like everywhere else.
